Clutch/gear problem- need suggestions

I am having a random issue with shifting gears of my cultus 2006. When driving or idling I am unable to change gears (they become hard). Actually I notice that clutch stops working. If I stop the car and turn off engine, put the car in first gear, push clutch and turn the self the car gives jerk like in gear and clutch is not effective. Where could be the problem? clutch plate , pressure plate or gearbox?

180000km. I recently poured gearoil. There is a leakge from gear shifter seal though.

yes the car moves properly I mean the pick is fine, ofcourse it cant be optimal now being an old engine. IF there is an issue with the gearbox can it be repaired/reconditioned ?

Sound's more like clutch adjustment issue to me....
BTW which grade gear oil have you poured in?

Considering the nature of issue I went for change of clutch and pressure plate today. Changed both with FCC new plates and both bearings as well. Now gear arr smooth. I poured zic gearoil.

Thank you brother it helps alot going to mechanic with some prior knowledge avoids extra expense. I have one more irritating issue right now. The car makes a sound of ghoon ghoon while accelerating and more prominently when foot is moved from gas pedal. I maynot be able to explain but sound is just like it comes from old toyata hiace.

By four bearings do you mean wheel bearings? Yes it is quite heavy and exactly in 2nd or 3rd gear when i release the pedal it tends to stop the car sometimes with jerks. I was expecting a significant improved acceleration after change of clutch pressure plates but still I didnt notice any difference.
