As mentioned in the subject the clutch of my car is very hard. any suggestions?

can be due to number of reasons
worn out pressure plate
pressure plate springs
may be clutch paddle stem lubrication is required

start from the simplest by lubricating the paddle stem and replacing clutch wire

Could you please elaborate the problem statement more.
Like is it responsive on uphill or climbs, and once you floor the car in first gear does the revving up makes the car speed instantly go up or it revs quickly but speed stays low? And once you leave the clutch the car shakes or is it firm? And once car engine is turned off is the clutch soft? Or its still hard? And what's the clutch maintenance history?

a machinic made some adjustment for my car clutch and he also used some Grease. After that clutch is bit better. Further I will change the break/clutch oil soon.
