Clutch plate and pressure plate- cultus 2006

Dear All

My car shudders and jerks when releasing clutch in first gear. I read somewhere on this forum that it may be because of weak pressure and clutch plate. I want to know how much will it cost for both and which brand is best to buy?

Bahi i took qabli from saddar rawalpindi at RS 3500 with given old one two years back, worked fine till i sold car one year back

Buy brand new Clutch and pressure plate set or either FCC OR Asin. It should cost you around 5000-5500/-RS.

Go on new clutch plates and pressure plates and also change the clutch bearing. It is must..also face the prevel from expert kheradi. On which clutch plate and Pressure plate fitted.
It will cost total 8000 with labour charges. Then enjoy the ride with powerfull pick.

Aoa... I have Cultus 2007 carby. I recently get repaired my transmission.
1. Clutch Plate & Pressure Plate set Rs=4800/- (FFC Japan)
2. Flywheel bearing Rs=150/- (Nachi Japan)
3. Release bearing Rs=850/- (NTN Japan)
4. Grease Rs=200/- (Cosmic China)
5. Main seal Rs=160/- (Japan manufacturer I do'nt know)
6. Flywheel tool Rs= 300/- (Kharadia work)
7. Labour Rs=2000/-
8. Total time reqiured 3-3.5hours
TOTAL COST Rs=8500/-

All of my spare parts buy from KOHINOOR TRADERS BABU MOHALAH RAWALPINDI.

Now the car is like F-16 Faclon

When i changed the cluthplate my mechanic only changed the clutch plate iy was 2900rs of fcc he said no need for pressure plate no flywheel tool no bearing nothing in the beginniger it was vibrating and after 2 months it become smooth though the pick reduced when gearbox was opened the same mechanic who changed the clutch plate was saying clutch plate ko kharacha ai hain ap ne driffing tu nae ki i said no and at time also asked is the pressure plate fine he said yes then he put back dont know what was the reason behind all this...

bhai gee these are the GAMES of mechanics so change them all in one time... Otherwise next day they will starts problem like you like not to change bearing them what??? So one time investment saves your time and money. other thing is that every person have their own thoughts and money

Yeah darsal ye gare abu use krta thay he is like 55years and he said that he is a good mechanic he goes to him for engine work i was at the opinion of changing all set but he forced thats why only changed it there was no issue of money infact and after i faced problem of vibration between now its imp

Yr mere irada whole set ka he tha likin us ne sirf cluth plate change ki ab chal rihi hai vibrating stoppedso i guess will use it
Bro can you tell me any good mechanjc in rawalpindi i want my engine or gear oil is leaking and i think that main seals are done my last mechanjc changed those 2p days ago so i dont wana gp o him
