Well, apart from Hamza Younas there is also Mehran autos as 1S dealer of Toyota.
In order to be helpful, I had to make few phone calls here and there, specially to Hamza Younas Autos to get the rate of this part. But I wondered too as to how on earth, he didnt find a mechanic or parts store in Saddar.

For changing clutch plate you can go to workshops other than 3S. It is not such a complex job. As suggested by @fouadbakht you should buy OEM parts from a 1S dealer in Sadar like Hamza Younas then get the work done from a reasonable mechanic.
Workshop of Bakht Ali is located just in front of the Church (near Mithu Khan Ahata). He is a bit arrogant but he can satisfy you with this kind of work. Please take your car to his workshop in early morning, if you want to.
