CNG Consumption in CNG Load Shedding

I normaly dont empty the cyl but this time i drove the car for 3 days without CNG and you can see the reading on the meter and when i reached the Pump the car was still running on CNG

BTW its a EE90 1.3.

unbelievable setting u have Vaqas1 and toyota rocks can u please note few things for me next time u fill your cylinder

a ) what is the reading of your cylinder when your cng is full i mean normally its 200 psi i am talking about the meter u will find under your bonnet .

b ) i am guessing u got 60l cylinder .

c) do u drive your car on petrol often i mean is your cng guy or u set your advance setting as retard for good cng consumption if yes than do u feel any knocking on petrol ?

kindly answer these questions for me as i have a cultus with 55l cylinder and i am not able to get even 140 in city driving with out ac .

I am getting 160+ this is because the gas in pindi/isb is very good and better than Lahore or Karachi. In lahore i was getting max 100.

I got 55L cyl.

When I got this refill the meter was showing almost 200 Bar little lower than that.

I drive my Car on petrol as well but only to keep the car working on Petrol. And there is almost no knocking on petrol even though the timing is advance.

thanks vaqas for replying i had this confusion in my mind i often check my readings when i full my cylinder and it varies 180 to 200 dont know if 200 is good or 180 is ideal for better milleage .

with city idsi the best i achieved in rwp/isb was 205 kms with 60 cylinder.car was still running when on gas station luckily had 2 witnesses/colleagues in my car at that time

its not a big deal actually.
i m getting 160-170 km in one cylinder, its of 55kg ...

Well I dont like 2E :S... I mean ee90 needs atleast 1.5 engine on CNG. On petrol 2E is better.

My nissan with a 1.5 litre engine was constantly giving me 165 km in one fill locally till i switched from mineral to semi synthetic oil....... now its giving me around 180..... the station is faiz cng near khanna pull, u must have seen that

well for power the we have 5AFE in our EE90 but for gas millage it is not good now days we get 100-110 km on 55 cylinder only Islamabad.

change filters on time (use good quality)
caltex havoline formula (4000 km)
correct PSI at all times

The 1.5 5AFE should be giving a much better milage then that............ btw some of the changes I have in my car are:
1. No air restriction for cng
2. There's a mesh type thing at the entry point of CNG in the kit, for stopping big particles which is mostly clogged. Removed this and the car was able to idle better with no air restriction

O forgot to mention, have adopted a much less aggressive driving style, light foot on the pedal, and less strain on the brain The engine rarely needs to rev more then 2.5K rev/min to move around within the city........

I know some people with same config on same 2e engine dun get above 110.

Bilal i also get cng from Faiz some time they are good.
