CNG kit restoration after a long gap?

Please anyone guide me how to restore a CNG kit in Alto VXR 2012. I have just one question:

"Any prechecks are necessary before refilling the tank after a long time of 1.5 years?"

First get the cylinder tested... then if cylinder is found good then get the lines and kit checked...
