USA, one of the best economies is saving $$$ by converting to CNG, so that they are not threatened by OPEC.. and we are going the opposite way where the world is heading..Imagine a future without CNG when God forbid our fuels are stopped like what happened in desert storm 1990-91.. the whole setup will come to a fault..

I want you all to think abt it, Electricity can be produced at a very large scale by water ( dams)
but cars can be run on water, at least commercially right now, or in near future.

that's right, let's use a more expensive and more environmentally destructive fuel (yes, i'm being sarcastic). let's spend more of our scarce hard currency to import petrol (yes, that's me being sarcastic again). and of course, let's make fun of a business community that's trying to save their investment in their legal businesses (i think you know by now what i'm doing here so i won't belabor the point).

petrol is a better fuel,there is hardly 12rs difference in the prices,so its really not that cheap,petrol's pick is hell lot better than the cng,yes even on efi engines
there isnt much difference in prices left already that now you are gonna praise the CNG,y was the cng association sleeping when prices were being increased every month till they reached 88rs/kg?
now they woke up only cox NOW the price of petrol n cng is gonna be the same,so they are doing it only in their own best interests NOT for US

btw do you happen to b one of the cng association member or cng station owner or stake holder? (A)

i'd love to but i've discovered something interesting about the press in pakistan; you've got to pay to play. i.e. if i don't pay them they won't be motivated to listen to what i have to say. what motivates them is mirch masala or bleeding body-parts.

what frightens them most of all are facts.

btw i thought they pay politicians to come to talk shows so y wouldnt they pay you as well (A)

RAM 2500 chassis with a gas engine will be a super super guzzler, the 5.7 hemi cannot afford 20 mpg highway on the 1500 chassis with a road going diff. How do you expect a 2500 to do it.

They made a petrol 2500 truck, it was called the 1500 mega cab, and it was a very very thirsty truck indeed.

American fuel consumption is massive and the corruption is massive too. Dont think its all stars and fairies.

We are animals living in other parts of Pakistan?They should immoderately open the CNG.There were long long queues of cars on petrol pumps.We are sinking ,dollar is kissing 98 per Rs.. DAMN!

RAWALPINDI: The city district administration is reportedly launching the new CNG public transport buses from today (Saturday). The administration has fixed the fare list for the air-conditioned buses, which would operate between Gojar Khan and Rawalpindi. Sources said that the buses would operate between TMA Rawal Town to Gojar Khan Bus Stand. The maximum fare is fixed at Rs 65, while Rs 18 for travelling from stop to stop. A private company has reportedly procured 15 buses for Rs 200 million for the bus service. Sources said that MNA Seema Jillani and a local member of the provincial assembly would inaugurate the CNG bus service.
