CNG related problems

i recently installed cng kit in my exi 05 once again.Now on first gear,when i acclerate the car to say 5-10km/hr n bring it to a stop while pressing on clutch n brake simultaneously,a cranking(like tak-tak-tak-tak) continuous noise starts coming from the left side of the engine,where the cng kit is installed.The noise started coming 2 days after the kit was installed and i left the country soon after that.the car is in my mom's use but i want to get the problem solved,how can u help me out here since im out of country but i dont want my mom to take the car to any weirdo.i didnt have time to show it to the guy who installed the kit.should i ask my mom to take it back to him or should i ask her to bring to any place u suggest?

Sir last time i use TOTAL cng engine oil for my Mehran vx 2007 model now i Change the oil IT is CALTEX HAVOLINE.But main problem it is for petrol vehicle My question is that it is fissible for CNG vehicle.AND please tell me the difference between CNG and NON CNG oils

I think Caltex Havoline is the best oil for all petrol cars. You car is basically Petrol based then its is converted to CNG. So i think you should stick to havoline thats what i think lets see what seniors have to say about it...

i have alto vxr 2008, 1300km driven, im not satisfied with its pick on cng and with ac its reduced even more,also on petrol with ac pick wasnt good,while driving often its pick fluctuate getting better some time, wot shld i do abt it..
do tell me if u know good economical workshop in lhr.

mine does about 135km in a filling of 8.5kg of gas,,,,is it ok or shud it be beter???

hav to install cng in my vitz 2004. which is the best. is there a special advancer etc that needs to be installed. also suggest a good guy to get it fit from. i was told that only the 100/2 advancer works in vitz.

and whats the difference between an advancer and an emulator? what ive understood uptill now is that an advancer increases the revs while the emulator decreases the revs.

I recently bought a Baleno 2006 JXR with FF CNG. Done 28K so far. The car was mostly driven on Petrol and performance is very good. The car gets problematic on CNG. At times, the pick reduces drastically or the car simply wont start . When I switch it to Petrol, everything gets normal. I have done the following:

1. Replaced spark plugs and Air filter (both were in good condition- plug gaps were 0.9)
2. Checked for oil (Found none)
3. Tuning

The car remained smooth after tuning for a couple of days and then returned to old routine. I get it retuned and the history repeated itself. I went to another 3S center after one tuning and the mechs said your car is fine, the sound and everything is OK. This has now become more of a weekly ritual and the problem is still unidentified.
Really appreciate your expert advice.

This advancer and emulator is good for gli.Air filter is blow off then i go to cng mechanic he tell me that there is advancer problem and which more advance the engine due to air filter is blow off he also tell this advancer is not match with the engine.tell me that true.there is another pick problem.

I want to convert my rav4 2001 2.0 vvti DOHC to CNG. the problem - unable to locate the fuel injector for emulator. probably the injectors are not visible upfront. during conversion unable to control the fuel going to the engine and on CNG the petrol and gas mix. can somebody suggest good CNG conversion station / mechanic who can resolve my problem..................help please

Hello guys!

Yar I have a baleno 1300 model 1999, i am feeling its rpm is too high for conversion from petrol to cng, please tell me what should be the optimal rpm. every thing is working fine i am getting an average of about 95100 with AC on cng with in the city. Also does a high rpm really affects because every time i have to give a lot of acceleration when ever i start it and the car is neutral. Please note that auto converstion is not working for me so i have to accelerate.
