CNG related problems

I have a Suzuki Khyber which is running on CNG for the last three years. I use to do the tunning and change the sparking plugs after 6 months approx. Whenever the mechanic tunes the car he also remove that bolt to drain the oil from the kit but I never cleaned the cylinder. My Suzuki Khyber has performed excellently on CNG but now it has started giving me less average on a full cylinder. Kindly advise me what to do?

I have cultus 2001 with landi renzo kit installed on it. servicing of cng kit was done in june 2008 but since that its a night mare for me. m facing following problems:-
-Engine vibration increased.
-CNG consumption decreased from 135-150 km (avg in city with ac) to just 102 km.
-car max speed with ac is 60 km/h uphill i.e from Katcheri to Rawat Adda Road in rwp.
- sounds from silencer tip like my car is coughing.

i have shown these problems to three different cng experts including suzuki capital and have changed spark plugs, air filter, replaced plastic lovato 'T' with metallic one but problem remains same. No one in RWP is able to troubleshoot this problem. Can u plz guuide me what to do and what could be da possible reason.

one more thing....expert at suzuki advised me to replace my kit's existing venturi with double venturi to overcome my pick up and consumption problem. what do u say? does it make any difference?.

how feasible is it ? any particular issues with the VITz on CNG ??? i mean with auto matic tranny ?

i have purchased Suzuki alto recently with cng factory fitted, can you guide me that in perfect condition how much KMs it will travell in city with A.C and without A.C because it is first time that i am using CNG, my last car was on petrol. There are three issues i feel, first its cng consumption is high secondly its rpms are not constant on idle position on CNG but on petrol it is Ok and thirdly with a.c its pick is not good. And remember it is only done 600 KMs.

I have just got my XLi and want CNG installation in it. I am in Multan. which Kit, and advancer and ammulator would you recommend for best results on CNG and petrol as well.
Some guy informed me about advancers getting signal from crank rotation. Please recommend make and model also.

i am new to this forum. however i have gone through all ur tips and deeply impressed. i own honda civic 95 model and want ur iopinion on these 02 issues.
1)- how can i judge the quality of its engine, because it neither emits smoke nor any other obvious mis appropriations
secondly, on cng as well on petrol i am not satisfied with the pick of my car as it sounds more and runs less.
(plz. note i recently changed the clutch plate and pressure plate also but the results are not satisfying.

my civic 95, inspite of plugs and distributor settings not giving desired results.
shud i reduce air intake to 50% or shud i replace my single tip plugs with double tip ones and how the car will perform after reduced air intake on petrol?.

CNG works very well on any Civic, specially on a VTi.

CNG on Vitz is OK except pick would be significantly reduced because it is a 1000CC engine and if it is autotranny.

Have you installed any LAMBDA in Vitz? If yes then what was outcome? What you suggest about make of LAMBDA? Is that LandiRenzo LAMBDA OK that I mentioned in this thread? Cost of whole equipment in Pakistan including installation?

landi renzo original, 55 ltrs cylinder by inflex or inprocil, andemu+adv 2 in 1 by tomasettu lovato ! ..but becarefull in getting original parts.
