CNG related problems

Kindly Help..... i am still waiting my question again at below...
I have Mehran 2004 Vx (CNG Company Fitted). Engine condition pretty good…
My CNG avg. in city like Lahore without Ac is 80 to 90 and with Ac 70 to 80.
My mostly use Sunday to Sunday… my office nearly my home and I mostly use Motor Byc. On long rout not checked. Is this Avg. is good or not.
My friend also Mehran but he says Avg is Bad, becoz his car Avg is in city is 110 to 120 in city…
Plz Plz. … tell me what is good Avg. range (Round About) for Mehran in city and long rout like Motorway…..

Dear fyq,

I am having problem with my Honda 2005 model exi with CNG

1- When ever i break the car drops rpm nearly to switch off and returns back.

2- When the A/C trips the same problem as above.

Recent tuning=Throttle body clean, Plug clean (Bosh 4 tip), tappet adjustment done. There was no problem till 2000 kms but started again.

I have landy Ranzo kit installed 18 months back, got it check every thing working fine including adv & emulator.

Please help.

wts under the hood, kia kia laga hua hai? explain it , thn ur prob can be solved.

just shift to the factory plugs, original ones, and reduce the gaps as 2 mm less thn gaps at petrol. adjust ur car and see the results.

I have Suzuki Alto factory fitted cng, i am not satisfy with its performance on cng as its pick with a.c is not good its avg is also not good (120 with 55ltr) and one strange problem it have as its all pick and power going worst when shifted in 5th gear suppose car running on 120km/hour in 4th gear it will goes on 100 gradually when shifted in 5th gear. Kindly suggest me that what can i do. About 6000 Kms done.

well, simple is that go for a tune up, and if tht dun work even, tell me after tht, abt the plugs gap, tappet condition, etc...

I don't under stand ... kaya kya lega huwa hai.... boss only AC hai...Ac non compney fitted... SENDEN KA HAI....have wonderfull cooling

but i am confused about Avg.

i have posted my prblem many times on the forum but still unable to find the soloution. can u please help me.

i have vitz 2001 A/T, CNG.

while running on petrol it goes to about 135 in 3rd gear but as soon as its shifted to 4th it reduce to 120.
while running on CNG it goes to about 120 in 3rd gear but as soon as its shifted to 4th it reduce to 105.

can you tell me what is the reason and what is the remady

dear i m facing a problem with my city that when ever i change air filter (which i change on 5000km) it need some cng setting. I have 4 other cars as well they dont need settings just change the air filter and ready to go but in city when i change the air filter i had to take it to cng guy he then does something with CNG kit then its o.k... please let me know is it normal ?

I installed a performance air filter in my baleno JXR CNG. The car runs great on petrol but wont run at all on CNG. What is the problem?

its a bit low, its avg widout a/c in city shud be 120 kms and 170+ on long if u have 50l cylinder. tell me is there venturi or injector? and other things like timings, plugs etc.

its an un popular problem, cant say anything widout cheking ur car physically.u can call me at my cell for vitz.

its normal man !, but if u clean it up after every week with blower or frm service station, i dun think u'll need to change setting tht much times, and an important note: after every cylinder refilling, gas needs to be adjusted....

first balance ur intake with current and gas as well, thn ur cae can be able to pick up.

it can reach 160-190 kms with 4 prsns on board at log routes. in locals, it shud do like 110 approx.

Dear FYQ

my 99 khyber goes around 125 kms in about 6.4 kilos of gas (without A/c in city)...

i 've tried to improve the mileage by getting it tuned by numerous mechanics but to no avail...
(got these things done in a recent tuneup... oil change.. spark plug cleaning.... distributor cap cleaning... CNG kit adjustment... carburettor cleaned... air filter change...etc)

Any idea as to what maybe limiting the average?

and one more thing... in my last tune up, the mechanik removed the 2/3 intake blocking saying that he has adjusted accordingly??

Hello,
I have got a 95 Civic with a standard engine , only modification is a muffler but even that was installed without altering the down pipeing.

I am having issues with the car's performance on CNG and Petrol!

i have got the car tunned and also changed the air filter and spark plugs( Denso 2 Tip)

The car still feels very Heavy and the pick up is very bad! the car is doing like 120KM on CNG in islamabad without AC!

I want to increase the performance of the car on CNG and Petrol! any suggestions?! and what would be the best workshop in islamabad to get the car tunned.

I have Mehran with 40 KG cylinder and Venturi.
normal 3 orginal plugs.....
this Avg with 40kg cylinder in city (Lahore)

without Ac is 80 to 90
with Ac 70 to 80.
