CNG related problems

I have a Toyota Mark II 2003/04 model, and have installed LandiRenzo CNG Kit in it (the one with emulator and Spark Advancer). The problem is that some times while the car is running the RPM drop and the engine stalls (shuts down). This normally happens while the brake padel is pressed or while I have my foot off accelerator padel. Now the CNG mechanic is advising me to install the electronic motor for maintaining the RPMs. Kindly advise

i have a cuore eco 2004..now i days i am having a prob on cng..when i start my car on cng it vibrates alot but slowly it becomes slow but doesnt goes off..what should be the pro???what shouldi do??

bro i have vitz 99 1000cc..my car is not giving good mileage on cng..it just does 100 km,i have 55 kg cylinder..kindly advise me how can i improve it and how much my car should give in 55kg cylinder ??..

Kindly solve my Alto-03 problem:

1-car cc power:1000cc
2-wen last tunned and what tunned: last tunned in October 20th, was running perfectly giving me an average of 120-130km / 5okg Cylinder within city (without AC) and 95 -105km/50kg cylinder (With AC)
3-brand name of kit (Lendi Renzo)
4-problem arose due to what ( it cause very heavy vibration when start in morning but after goes to certain temperature that vibration becomes very little, but a continuous vibration jerk after every 5sec occurs)

kindly help me out also let me know do i install sports plug in my car for better

this is all so can i can tell u more accurately.

bhai yar i got cng install in my civic 04 exi few days back he said my car will convert on gas after i gv accelerator up2 4....why this happen car start at petrol bt goes on cng after rpm reach 4...........help me

All efi vehicle having same thing, it will always start on petrol then automatically convert on cng,this system is designed to keep the check engine light off while the engine is start.

i hav 2007 Alto it runs outstanding on petrol but in CNG its a bit sloppy after 70 the car take minner hikkups and doesnot increase the speed.. is it the tunning which my car needs or nethin else m using PALMAG Cng kit

efi car either automatically convert 2 cng after 3-4 secs or by accelerating it to some speed, well itrs normanl, but yes, u can convert it to auto shift by mechanic.

starting problem under cold engine
at morning it takes more then 5 self ingition
but it doesnt start , then whats happens battery loses its power (40amp) seems to be battery out of charge

another most important thing i ant to ask frm you is that
i heard one of the guy told me that CNG Cylinder have a limited period ( 5 years max)
after every 5 years it needs to change cylinder , if we wont change the wall of the cylinder get weaker , its make cng cylinder unstable and in any moment it may blast , causing severe disaster
is that true , for every cylinder , there is a life time

borther i hav a lil problem too.my car is a honda city idsi manual 2006 model.done 66000kms on cng nd another 20000kms on petrol.
the problem is that today my driver was playing wid the idleing nd gas flow valve,which r used to do the tuning sort of things on the cng kit.the car started to vibrate.i adjusted it again.the pickup was just fine after it n no vibration.but only one problem.

when the car is at a stop,i put it in 1st gear,let the clutch go very smoothly widout pressing race.the car moves very slow,dead slow indeed.but,then i suddenly floor the padel,well,earlier it used to pick up speed very fast nd didnt hesitated in accelerating,but now,i feel like a fuel cut,i mean when the car is passsing frm the rpm range of 1200-1500rpm,it feels af if the limited has came in nd blocked the fuel.the pickup is dead,but as soon as i cross 1600rpm,it again comes to normal.
plus,it did only 100km/cylinder while it usually does more then 130km/cyl.now i decreased the gas flow,the pickup is abit compromised,nd the problem is still there. though the ideling is perfect.

plz tell me what shud i do...

tht button is choke button used to come with old landi renzo's . tht is made for the same purpose. u can surely use tht in winters ang after a long time ignite.2ndly, tune up ur car to increase performance....simple

dont waste ny time in going to cng mechanic and plz let ANY DRIVER NOT TO PLAY WITH CAR ENGINE..its an expirience, can be fatalistic...
ur car has got mis adjusted, redo it frm any mechanic.\
