U mean CNG kit service , i have never done service for cng kit , , what does mechanik do in serive for cng kit?
wash out , kit by openeing all parts in cngkit by kerosine oil , and changing washer etc

FYQ. I have Civic Exi-prosmatic with LRkit, all was well till I replaced the air filter. The engine started shaking and RPM dropped. Adjusted from the regulator to max RPM. The problem is that low power and engine rpm drop/ engine shutof when AC is switched on.

When I adjust with AC on then when I shut AC engine not stable and shakes.

Please guide me what to do.

todayy i went to the shop , for cng kit service , what he found alot of oil in cng kit as well as on cylinder seemed like 0.5 litre of oil in it , that whats making trouble in starting car with direct cng

i hope , i will not find any trouble tommorow starting on cng ,

yesterday i started my car after first cng maintenance
again ,it gave a problem 3 self ignition and i open bonnet , then again method choke press for starting ,
i was completely unsatisfied from that service
i dunno whats happening , it may be cause of first freshly maintenance(yesterday`s trouble)
but today
it get started on 2st self ignition
it was starting on 1st at the end ,
but i let it start on 2nd ignition
any idea whats going on ?

I also have the same modle baleno with the same size cylender(60),I get 120 to 140 kms in city w/o AC, and with A/C it goes 95 to 105 kms, depends on traffic flow.

em in a lil trouble,
my dads car cng switch was troubling a bit, so i started driving on petrol,

ghar pohcha to i guess petrol khatam hogaya, ( i thout hojaiga but i gues my 6th sense didnt work)

so ghar aker i tried to be a lil mechanic my self, removed the switch removed the wires, (couldnt understand a thing so, cliped them back and wao car started on CNG directly, i removed the keys, put em back,

nd this tym No lites at all showing nuthing, car starts nd turns off, because of no fuel. (dat obviusly means by default its on Petrol,

ny suggestion to atleast go to the CNG wala or shud i get petrol in a can nd get a new button, raste mei to bund nai hojai gy?

I have Santro 2003 with OYRSA CNG kit. Its working fine. But its CNG LEDs are not working fine. As gas finishes but its still showing one green light. At times, it works and red light turns on. I want to ask, from where in OYRSA kit, LEDs adjustments can be done. The gauge of kit is with wires connection. Thanx
