i wanted some advice from u bro i wanted to ask u that i have alto vxr factory cng and i want to install aftermarket air intake in it will it workout on cng with same performance and same average?my second question is that i have a corolla se salloon 1.6 l with cng which has add ons such as lambada oxygen control system and digital cng meters and auto tuning system but bro it does not give average more than 55 km per tank with ac on in city is that normal average for corolla or is there something fishy i cant even take the car for tuning because no one has the knowledge of this cng kit in karachi and the place where i got this kit fitted has closed now and the pick is average not good for a 1600 cc car thx in advance

and bro i wanted to ask u that if i install a free flow exhaust in my alto will that effect my performance and average ?and another problem that im facing on my corolla is that its tapits get jammed every year and i have to get the valves faeced i have done that 3 time and this year ill have to change the total head of my engine ive heard that is a manufacturing fault in the 1.6 model or is it only my car that is jamming the tapits

Brother thanks for helping me twice before. i have another query.
what is the main difference between factory fitted CNG and after market installed CNG in EFI cars? i am confused and thinking that if we install after market CNG kit with EFI engine, then how the ECU will react? will it just become DEAD ECU or just working, and what is done with the fuel injectors during this installation, and with the whole system including sensors? will you recommend installing after market CNG kit or one should always go for FF CNG? i have heard that emulator always fooling the ECU running on CNG by sending signals that shows that Engine is on Petrol.

i alwaz prefer after mrkt cng on orgnl due to certain reasons, n wt u think tht here company program ecu on cng? after market have easy spares, services and SENCES. not like PAK SUZUKI tht install advancer even in some curby cars for better pickup

i think that if there is no ECU programming for CNG then why we are buying EFI cars? if the ECU is not used/programmed for CNG then what is the difference left in carby and EFI? my car has CNG kit installed. when we drive on Petrol all the sensor determines the air-fuel mixture for better economy and drivability of the Engine. but when on CNG, what is actually done with these sensors and ECU. BIG QUESTION IS WHEN ENGINE IS ON CNG, STILL THE ECU (EFI ALL SYSTEMS) WORKS AS LIKE ON PETROL? IF NOT THEN WHY WE BUY EFI CARS??

please ! get a thorough study abt ECU, and other sensors. they r nt concerned with PETROL or GAS.u must hav seen electronic computerised CNG tunning. thn wts dat?
bro just OUTPUT is sensed by the sensors. they do not variate cng/petrol/spark/air....if it wud be so, EFI CARS WUD NEVER BACKFIRE but they DO....and 2ndly ECU and EFI system are different things. wt if i say a simple carby engine can also be converted to EFI..... i hav cuore, i swaped it with MIRA 660 EFI....but again changed throttle body, air filter etc to CARBY..... so where tht ECU thing and all sensors worked?
plz ist get detailed study about EFI system.u r mixing two different things brother.

Thanks fyq. You are saying CNG can be installed on Vitz 2005. Many CNG mechanics say that CNG is not good for Vitz 2005. Can you please specify the original parts you specified. DO you know any good place in Rawalpindi / Islamabad for CNG fitting.
