CNG related problems

hey bro..i m having starting problem in my civic vti prosmatec 02..
first i was having the green box(advancer+emulator combined)with that one my car usually mixes gas and petrol on conversion..then my mechanic installed separately,the advancer and emulator(now they are black in color,dont exactly know the name)..with these my mixing problem is gone but now my car started taking long self when it is cold or parked for more than a hour..nd if i drive my car on petrol it starts perfectly even in morning...cng mechanic is insisting that it is fuel pump problem but my engine mechanic is saying that its not fuel pump problem...now my question is that its the advancer problem??if it is then what to do??

AOA. fyq today i went to the madina cng.the guy you are talking was goning outside for some work . but heir is another *** who checked my car. he said that is nothing wrong with the car.he gave some tips.but my question is that their is any solution is available to control the back fire in vitz.

i have a little problem. I have Mehran FF cng (2010 9000KM) . The problem is with its LED gauge indicator. When i fill the tank it shows all four points, after using it half it accurately shows 3 and 2 points but then it shows 3 and some time 4 points even.
After parking at 2 points when i start it after some time it shows red point.
Please tell me where is the problem, in Switch or Sensor...

Hi Fyq,

i have Santro Exec 2004 Model. i was running my car on CNG but after someone told me there is no advancer in your car. it was running perfectly but pick was too week and before few day its getting problem its starts on CNG but jerking alot in idle position and it get off when i run car on CNG after half KM.

Kindly give me solution and should i install advance so Which brand any specific kindly help me dear.....

Bro, I have a query regarding my CNG kit in terios kid (2004) intercooler turbo, M/T. The issue is that my car is running on CNG from last 3 year now.Bt last week it started dropping RPM on CNG and while driving, when brakes are applied car engine often switches off (BT no such problem(s) on petrol). I paid a visit to my mechanic and was told that the Throttle body is equiped with a RPM sensor that is malfunctioning. A through service of the throttle body may resolve the problem.

Car was also scanned on the scanner but no error was to be found.

Please advice me regarding the afore said issue, also should i continue running my car on CNG or switch back to petrol (as many people have told me not to use CNG on this car).

i have xli o6 model. its runing fine on Petrol with ac n without ac but on CNG without ac it run fine but when switching on AC its rpm drop from 9000 to 5000 and rpm needle start vibrating and even it drop to zero and car engine off with backfire .. . even with ac on engine stops with back fire when changing gear . during gear chang as i press clutch rpm needle drops and as i applied race in same moment enegine give back fire and engine stop...before 10000 km i changed spark plugs to ngk platinium..wats da prob is???

my car has the following injector emulator, and i doubt that there is no advancer installed in my car as this thing indicate that this is ITALIA INJECTOR EMULATOR but does not state that there is any built-in Advancer. also i locate anything else in the engine compartment but did not find anything else. please guide and tell me that is there any need of advancer in santro?? please also comment on the CNG installation style/method is it good?? thanks

nice work man. keep it up. i have a little problem. i have cuore. whenever i try to roll it from zero. it gives me a jerk. like the life has been sucked out of the car. after little time it becomes normal and the car starts to speedup. i went to the toyota mehcanic and he instantly replaced a thing which he called the spacer. he told me that it needs to be replaced after every 10k km. now even after replacing the spacer, the car is giving me the same problem. what should i do ? is it a tuning problem ?

I have Mehran 2010, 13000 Km, LandiRenzo installed after market. I just went to Suzuki for maintenance of my car. In addition to the work they done, I told the mechanic there to tune the CNG. There was already air intake blocker installed,and timing was little advanced by another market mechanic. Suzuki wala tuned CNG from 'T' switch and regulator mixer while checking the RPM from RPM meter. After this tuning my car is giving 165 KM-40K Cylinder on long route without AC and I am happy with my car. The only thing I noticed is when I put my hand in front of the muffler, the exhaust flow is not smooth. Like I can feel gas exhaust with somewhat 'dug dug' feeling. Please tell me is it OK or not as far as engine life is concern. Thank you.
