CNG related problems

My Khyber (CNG) takes jerks, especially in 1st and 2nd gear. What could be the reason?

CNG kit is looking very oily and dirty. Should I need to get the kit and cylinder fully serviced? I got oil drained from cylinder 2 months back! Average on CNG has also dropped. Pick is fine though!
Please give detailed reply what could be the problem??

My car has OYSERA CNG kit installed. Its the same kit which comes in Coure Eco Model. I have taken some pics of the kit for your better understanding.

bro 1500cc se itni avg local me boht boht mushkil hai, anywaz, drive in higher gears wid low rpms, it will effect.

bro oyrsa ksi b vehicle me FF nae ati, btw its my fav kit, gives best avg and max acceleration. u just no let the gas EMPTY in ylinder, i guess its diaphram got leaked or old, and hgh pressure piston has also caused worn out a bit. DO NOT open the kit till any PERMANENT leakage is felt. opening kit will drop its performance.

hey, I just got cultus 2004 from my uncle...car's engine was in v gd condition...main thing that killing me:'( is its average...I never used it so far on long route
Its avg on 8 kg cylinder is 70 mostly
Month ago I had its CNG kit service & air filter + oil filters as well...it did 90 max for few days...thn again 70-75 thats around...:o
I had visited about 4-5 mechanics who adjusted its setting still no success...n I'm new into cars dun knw about plugs...

Yesterday I visited the guy who did the service of my cng kit...
he said 10/kg say good average I cant get more then this...
while i called my uncle who gave me this car...he said car used to do 100+ in city...

I'm in Multan, About Size I don't exactly know but max it had with empty cylinder was 8kg of gas, normally 7.5 kg

About 1.5 month ago I had its kit service...they cleaned cylinder n kit...and changed something that costed around 150 Rs...don't remember its name, it was round shaped thing..
after kit service i had 90km on that cylinder...but then decreased with time to 70km per cylinder or better to say 10km per KG of gas..

also in recent days I rpm goes down 1< n car startd vibration, 2-3 times other mechanics adjusted it...now its stable again...

p.s what i know expect plugs everything is (new) n fine...

i have charade 83 and my car is consuming too much gas ...the engine is swapped wit daihatsu 1.3 efi 16v and its giving me hardly 60-65kg total so what stuff do i need to get checked?

FYQ.. Can you guess which advancer is is this? I mean the make of this advancer. I saw it installed in Mubashir Bhai's car who I met yesterday and he said since it was installed in his car, he didnt have any problem related to the jerk in Auto tranny of his civic..

got kit serviced, wires checked all plug wires plus the one from coil to distributor...all r fine...he said he also adjusted distance b/w pistons!!
jerks r gone but car still missing no matter its hot or cold!!! its just like car misses on cng if there is still petrol.....slight on and off disturbances even in idle (sometimes)

Dear I have Baleno model 2003. I was facing problem regading engine off in morning if i put off my foot form accelator but after 5-8 Km drives it ok, for this issue i went to CNG service center, He advised me to get CNG kit serviced. I got my cng kit serviced and after that my car cant move on cng, even only i put my AC on car engine off. I consult with two workshops they adjust setting but no vail.
One refered me to ECB (electonic control bord) checking other for coils, i am sure there is no issue with coils, because car was ok before kit serviced and OK on petrol.
Can you please help me out what could be the problem? Please advices me the workshop in lahore.

I have a charade running on CNG. Two days ago, chaabi on karnay say jaisay hee electrical power on hotee thee to tick tick kee aawaaz arahee thee. Bas aur kuch nahhe tha. Ignition maarnay kay baad khatam hojaatee thee. mein garee chalata rha. Then market mien at one point it failed to start. Mechanic said koi cut out short ho gya tha. He changed it, and changed the plugs also, cos he said self maar maar k plugs had been burnt by me. Aaj phir dashboard per lgay CNG selector switch mein tick tick kee aawaz aa rhee hae, secong gear aur first gear mein, aur cng waali light (jo switch mein neechay right par hoti hae) is tick tick kee aawaaz kay saath on off hotee hae. baaqee garee kay chalnay mien koi problem nahee. Okay so I just got an engine swap in my Integra. Now its running a D15B3 ... from a Civic 95.

Now I need to know how good is this on CNG ? Average with A/C on a light foot (2000-2500rpm shifts)

Secondly I hear alot about the NOT taping intake thing ... can anyone shed light on this issue ?
