CNG related problems

I have a charade running on CNG. Two days ago, chaabi on karnay say jaisay hee electrical power on hotee thee to tick tick kee aawaaz arahee thee. Bas aur kuch nahhe tha. Ignition maarnay kay baad khatam hojaatee thee. mein garee chalata rha. Then market mien at one point it failed to start. Mechanic said koi cut out short ho gya tha. He changed it, and changed the plugs also, cos he said self maar maar k plugs had been burnt by me. Aaj phir dashboard per lgay CNG selector switch mein tick tick kee aawaz aa rhee hae, secong gear aur first gear mein, aur cng waali light (jo switch mein neechay right par hoti hae) is tick tick kee aawaaz kay saath on off hotee hae. baaqee garee kay chalnay mien koi problem nahee. Please advize. Grateful. Btw keep up the good work. Allah aap ko jaza-e-khair day. Aameen.

Ye tic tic ki awaz loose connection ki wajah se arahai hay,lehaza conversion switch ko nikal ker is ka connector check kerein k woh loose tu nahi hai,specially red wire jokay switch ko supply deraha os ko check kerein keh woh proper tarikay se laga howa hona chahiey,otherwise switch will be burnt.

Okay so I just got an engine swap in my Integra. Now its running a D15B3 ... from a Civic 95.

Now I need to know how good is this on CNG ? Average with A/C on a light foot (2000-2500rpm shifts)

Secondly I hear alot about the NOT taping intake thing ... can anyone shed light on this issue ?

Tapping or blockage of air intake is not feasible to an engine,because it will restrict the air flow,whenever u operate the engine on petrol then it will knock being getting rich fuel mixture,result in excessive built up carbon in combustion chamber which is not good, and as well fuel economy also decreases.

you can get optimum performance including fuel economy,if engine tuned without blocking the air intake.

Problem with Honda City 2005

The problem started when my car was doing missing on CNG and on Petrol. I took it to the mechanic - Hussain Autos - and the guy told me that the problem is with the tool which stops petrol once CNG is turned on (don't remember what do they call it). I got it changed from them and since then the Car is missing on CNG when I turn on A/C at low RPM. No missing on Petrol with or without A/C and no missing on CNG without A/C. I went to the same mechanic and he told me that the car needs tuning, I got it tuned but the problem persists.

Can anyone suggest me what to do.

Go back to that mechanic and ask to adjust the gas flow when A/c is on.

@fyz , i want to install cng in my alto 660 cc auto , saw few topics here after which i came to knew that alto is not efi but its mpfi ,should i install normal efi cng kit in it or ask for mpfi one ? ? ?

I have suzuki baleno 2000 model my car is giving check engine light while driving both on cng and petrol. Today i went to suzuki dealer and scan my car with scanner. The person scanned car and said there is some problem in your advancer car engine is fine you have to set your advancer from cng mechanic.
Please guide me from where i can find a right person for my advancer setting i am from khi.

If we unplug the grip of advancer while car is start, should it be shut down or remain start,
I have change my advancer,(previous one was totally rusted and circuits was not visible on the board) and mechinic unlug the grip while care is start and it remain started, means he removed the advancer and install new one and car was remain start, the LED blinks in new advancer when he give race.

but I dont think advancer is doing any job in my car because if I remove the advancer car behaviour remains the same. I have RPM drop problem on CNG. I went to mechinic due to this problem and he found that advancer is totally rusted and then changed it but didnt tell me that why car remains start when he removed the advancer.

this mechinic also close the air with tape after closing the air more then half rpm drop problem is solved on CNG but now on petrol I have starting problem and some time it back fired. I am totally against blocking air in EFI cars.

Plz guide me is this advancer working in my car or mechinic just installed it. and connections are direct. this is some NecTec advancer. and car is Altis 05.
