1- TOTAL CNG
2- SHELL HELUX CNG (RED PACK)
IF both are bad tell me good oil for vehicle mehran 2007 model

I have a Mehran 2001 model, which I recently purchased..
Engine is pretty good and everything.. But I am getting only 60 - 70 kms in full tank, I think its 40kg as it takes almost 250 rs to fill up..

I have changed its Air filter, Oil filter, Oil and something called 'point' .. Got it checked by Tuning Station, he told me that Tabid or something like this is jammed, get it serviced which I did today.. I also got it checked for any leaks..I wish this would increase the mileage.

My query is "What other factors could be there to affect my mileage ?"

PS: I am a newbie wid cars

nevr go for cng oils, they are locally manufactured, try not to change brand of oil tht u r already using, but if u hav to chnge, i think go for havoline, found it best frm others

best performance, every factor shud be balance i.e air=gas=current. its a simple formula, point ka gap kam ker ke plug ka gap 0.75 kerwao,and thori si advance rakho,aur phir power T se adjustment kerwao. i think mehran k liay itna he kafi hai,,
YES tapet is an issue, do fix it frm a gud mechanic.

sir I am using TOTAL CNG .I must not change the current oil but tell me that total is also local made and it is better than shell not batter than havoline

I purchased Chevrolet Joy in July 2007, I have driven almost 12,000km and this is very good car and I am 101% satisfied with this car while running on petrol and but still this vehicle is not giving good average on CNG and I tuned up its setting from different CNG experts in Lahore but I am not satisfied

65 to 80 km without AC with 40kg cylinder in city
45 to 60 km with AC with 40kg cylinder in city

100 to 110 km without AC with 40kg cylinder on motorway
80 to 90 km with AC with 40kg cylinder on motorway

Please help me or give me the address of any good CNG expert in Lahore.

i guess i can help u here. go to italian CNG near kalma chowk. theres a guy named rizwan there. give him my reference. u can also check his thread by the id rizwaniqbal here on pakwheels, but i dont think he used the net anymore. he is an EXPERT in cng. fitted 60 kgs cylinder in my 03 manual platz, and the car regularly gives me 200 km in local with 50 percent AC on within the city. on long route, though i mite sound UNBELIEVABLE, gets me 250 even

i also hav som prob, hope dat u may offer some advice..
i hav santro club 03 and installed landi kit wid emulator n advancer some 3 yrs bak.
my car is not giving good milegage around 120km wid 275-300 rs gas..
i cleaned the cylinder n kit to remove oil,new air filter but mileage didnt improve..
gave me 170 km on motorway on isb filled gas n barely touching speed of 110-120 which is not enough i think,as ma car is in v gud condition. it also gave some patakhas in ist 2nd gears on low speeds or sudden race..
so i took it for cng tune at g-10, from den on the car is like hell,pakhas n mis firing not ready to run,den i re-tuned at another one at g-10 he chekd plugs gap,wires n reduced da air intake,car got a bit better but it did gave some patakhas..
what should i do,car should hav good accelaration n milegage also..
som ppl say get service of throttle body!! or may b coil!!
a frnds car gv 04' wid much smaller cylinder is giving 150 odd kms in isb/wah
pls suggest remedy!!

i must say if it is frm the very first day,ur kit is not nicely installed,means there is dfntly something.
what i think tht ur car's air intake is not balanced.
and plugs gap can also not b excluded frm it.so check dese 2 and then tell me.baqi kam milage ki waja kuch samajh nahee ati.

santro ke pattakhay ? well common observation for me,just check tht air filter is burning!if it so,
to phir aik chhota sa TOTKA kerna paray ga,(but i wont tell u )
ager nahi to formula can solve this surely.if u want to hav experiments,i wont stop u,but if u really need a solution,do tell me.why dont u meet me on gtg in isb on 20th???

Thanks for response, two month back i tuned its CNG device from a mechanic at Scheme more Lahore after this it given me good average and pick 100 to 105 km within city without ac and I ran it up to 145km per hour speed one hour on motorways with good pick, sound and good millage like 125km without ac with 40kb cylinder, but two week back i got changed its air filter Chevrolet company workshop and they readjust its CNG device and this i am getting very poor millage and sound and pick, please help me

i have toyota corolla 98 model XE (carburator) i have installed cng kit and mechnique has choke a small rubber pipe in the carburator so that second butterfly cant be opened when it needed i hope you have got what i am saying.

is it the correct way or it should be rectify and how

bro i hv a 55kg cylinder in my car,,, when the cylinder is totaly empty ,,at refilling i refills about 9.1 kg of gas,,,,,,shoulnt it fill 10 kg,,, wat cud be the problem????my cylinder is new and the gas pressure at the pump was also full.

ur car merely need adjustments, just visit a good mechanic,cheny company dun knw anyhting exactly about cng field,i hope u understand.

there are many ways to install cng, if ur car is not giving anyproblem ,let tht be so, if not then steps are to be taken.

9.1 ? well, do not depend what the guage displays on dispencer on cng station,check ur car's guage.pressure can be shown higher by many 2 number ways by cng station. and 55 kg is filled up 10 kgs??? let me confirm it.

u r welkome. the address is very easy. once u hit kalma chowk coming from canal road, with daewooo station on ur left, go straight (dont turn right or left on main bulevard). go straight on kasoor road. after one minute drive, u will come across a traffic signal. cross it. on the 2nd signal, take a left and then immediate rite, so that u r on the service road besides this main kasoor road. now on this road, its maybe 5th or 6th shop. Italian CNG. the number of rizwan is in my mobile and i have forgotten it at home. wud let u know inshallah. u wont be disappointed
