CNG related problems

Hi...

in my cng regulator the two ends which are shown in picture arrow is pointing to them..are open...and when i open the oil discharge screw there was no oil came out of it...does the opening of the ends do any harm to system or not ...shd i close them or not.. ?
As there was oil splash seen around these opened holes.

i wanted to install cng in my alto from the day i bought it but i was not sure that how it will perform on cng but i installed cng a month ago n its running perfect ,just a bit delay in pick up otherwise no such issue , so anyone who wants to install cng in 660cc auto tranny , just go for it

For 660CC Engine Best option is Petrol. In Extreme Summer Never got to Heat up Problem. But In case of CNG Fitted Engine when ever u put load or Pressure on it U got Heating Problem.
Its happened with us twice two. We driving to Islamabad on Motorway (M2) last August when we try to Drive above 100 or 110 660CC Engine Mini Pajero We found it heat up but in case of Petrol Never do so it in Salt range.

guys i hav a problem too, i have suzuki khyber 95. when i start it , it begins missing while pushing accelerator nd it does not grip the pick while shifting gear ( ghut ghut k chal rahi hai), i have recently changed spark plug wire but that doesnt work, please suggest me what should i do to get rid of this problem.

i have civic vti prosmatec 2002..my car was running fine on cng...but today its rpm started to stall very badly after i got thermostat valve installed..now when i convert to cng rpm comes to 300 and after few seconds car shuts down..
mechanic installed thermostat valve in front of me and he done nothing with cng kit..only some coolant fell on cng kit when he opened the pipes of radiator..i m also having relay with cng kit..

my friend , for sure these 660cc r not for hiway drivng n then on cng BIG NO , i m using it in everyday use where car reaches max 60-70

i've suzuki cultus vxr cng model 2006. my car pick up turned very less on cng and petrol both. i got tuning regularly from auth suzuki workshop but still facing prob. please suggest and tell me the all possible reasons

Hi , I just recently bought a Civic 97. it is Vtec, everything good, but the mileage it gives me in local is just 130 140 kms. Is it ok for a 1600 cc engine? or should I tune up my car. Thanks.

what else u want eh Do not let any mechanic touch your tunning setting in future unless your car gives u trouble , your mileage is just perfect , just sit back and enjoy Honda comfort driving pleasure , also i dont understand the theory of mileage anyways , My mechanic reckons if you enjoy your car driving who gives a jack about a bit more consumption , good luck .

Ye tic tic ki awaz loose connection ki wajah se arahai hay,lehaza conversion switch ko nikal ker is ka connector check kerein k woh loose tu nahi hai,specially red wire jokay switch ko supply deraha os ko check kerein keh woh proper tarikay se laga howa hona chahiey,otherwise switch will be burnt.

I have cultus model 7 with 4 cy. its turns off in low race. it creates problems especially when stop before any signal. I have visited many workshops but still same..

I am having a Khyber with TOMASITO CNG Kit. During winters on long routs, whenever clutch is pressed the car engine goes off. One time on a long route when i had this problem i stopped the car and saw "ICE or Snow on the kit. Can u suggest me some measures to overcome this problem

@shahzy1972....your kit needs to have hot water pipes connected to it. its just like the hot water pipes for car heater...kit makers made this to solve icing problem...

HI to all

I am having some problem with mine khyber .it taking around 4 5 long slef to get engine started i had tuned that up and adjusted the tappet it was fine ,but today when i try to convert that on petrol 3 time i try i doesnot start,then i start car on cng suddenly it giving some sound like tak tak tak tak when i look it giving from the tappet area where we used to adjest them.and car know also taking again 4 self to engine to get pick up.
