CNG Station

Aslam o Alikum, I just want to ask if I buy pre built CNG station what will be its cost. Following points should be considered before reply:

1. CNG is 11 years old so what can be cost of machinery
2. Secondly what about NOC if they sell CNG station
3. Lastly please do not consider land price and building cost in it because I know well about land pricing of my area so only give me estimate about machinery price and any other money like noc etc.
