Hi all..

My cars cng lights are always showing full cng...i.e. all 4 lights are always green..what could be the issue and solution? Will changing just the switch make things fine?

conversion switch is faulty I guess

If that is faulty then car should not convert to cng at all

Your CNG pressure sensor is faulty...recitify it....it is a common problem in Variable Resistor type CNG pressure sensors.....They don't last long....

Anc if you are asking for Baleno with FF CNG, it doesn't have variable resister type sensor, it has IR activated pressure sensor placed inside the pressure gauge placed over cng kit.
If you are still want to know the price of VR sensor...it costs from 200-600....jitna jis ka da lag jaye...

No confirm idea, but shouldn't be above 1000.
btw infrared sensors are very sturdy...and they don't get faulty easily if you are getting erratic readings better check some cables for damage or breakage

Open the front glass of pressure gauge installed on CNG kit...it will 3 wires red,white and black.....you will see IR LED, emitters and recievers...

Its a very small problem, open the hood. On the CNG kit there will be a brass long chocolate like thingi this is called assembly. There will be a black plastic cover with 2 small screws, under this cover its CNG guage and 2 wires will be connected to it. Go to any CNG mechanic and ask him to change the guage and adjust the lights according to CNG in your clinder. It will cost you 200-600 max and you're done. These gauges are of low quality and hardly work for 6 - 12 months.

Its not a big problem.
Just change the sensor. problem will be solved. sensor costs 500 + -

salam i hope you are still here need your valueable suggestion...i am fed up with this variable resistor sesor on my baleno i dont know why its even there when it shouldnt be as m baleno 2003 has factory fitted cng....coming to the point where in rwp i can get this thing converted from that variable resistor sensor to ir activated sensor and hwo much woud be the total cost?
