CNG Venturi for mehran

Dear PW Fellow,
i have just got CNG installed in mehran few weeks back. after getting it tuned from ENRCON center there is a huge reduction in Pick mileage is almost same

25 KM/KG on CNG
16 KM/Ltr on Petrol

1. I want to know if i change Venturi will it give me better Pick Up ( right now i have desi venturi).
2. Which Venturi to use (where to find good one in islamabad and cost)
3. Should i place the air vaccum pump back (which the CNG installer removed). why it was removed at the first place?

then why would i be using cng for??? if i ruin my engine/performance/economy
