Hi,I have vitz 2007 . I am in plan to purchase its scanner, just for my own usage to see internal of ECU.. I have seen some ads on olx about these scanners, it range from 1800-2800 PKR (elm327 car code reader bluetooth,usb,and wifi - Islamabad - Car Parts - rawalpindi) .They saying it is ObdII compliant and will work on all japanes models.
I would like to know will this work for vitz 2007? also have someone experience with this model ?
First ask any experienced mechanic to check which scanner fits it.
I don't think it would work on jdm.

If your vitz is the US or European version which is called Yaris, it will work.
If it's the Japanese model, it won't. Because the Japanese models use the M-OBD system. Not OBD II.
