Cold starting problem

Dear All experts..

I am having starting problem with my Santro.. COLD START problem.. Hyundai Sajad - Jail road authorized persons not able to fix..

It take 4 to 5 try to start with accelerating in morning only.. rest all day it works fine.

Model is 2008 and engine is perfect and in its original condition no work done yet.. 90 thousand done.

Any expert??

check battery
adjust tappets,
check fuel pump,
replace spark plug,
n use thinner viscosity oil comparatively the current one using

Using 10w/30
Just car got tuned from Hyundai 3s dealer
New plugs installed 3 k before
Fuel pump working fine so far.. as driving on petrol.. but can it be week? Low pressure etc??

did the "authorised - special holy technicians at Hyundai" check the residual fuel pressure in the rail? or even the impedance of the crank sensor - a dying crank sensor can suddenly fail in extreme cold weather.

Actually when car is warm it act like normal.. but over night when it got relaxed chilled it require 5 to 6 try to start with acceleration.
They check it through scanner for any sensor error and all thing found to be normal.
Finally they ask me to left Santro at work shop and come in next day morning.. then they will start the car to understand the actual case

Cold start problem could be because of drop in residual fuel pressure due to faulty check valve(non return valve) installed in fuel pump.

Check the values on the ect sensor (engine coolant temp sensor) when the car is cold ,or try changing it.
