Cold water drop inside at clutch side in the WagonR VXR

Last year i have faced an issue in the WaqonR VXZ-2019 mode. AC water was droping inside the car at clutch side.
I have consluted with the Suzuki mechanic and he said that it seems that there is some blockage and need to open the dashboard for further charges. I need suggestion/guidance on this because i have not much knowledge about the cars.

because there's no cabin filter in wagonR, the drain is probably blocked by some debris etc

Thanks for the response. I dont know about it. is there any solution . I mean what is the fix. Suzuki technication suggested to open the dashboard . I have concerns on opening of dashboard.

No option except to open dashboard

Get it serviced before start of next summers. You need to get it serviced after couple of years as there is no cabin filter. No harm in opening dashboard. Get it done from the dealership only though.

thanks bro. hopefully it will be okay after dashboard opening. one of my friend also reported the same issue in the WagonR VXL.I think it is manufactoring fault in the car.

well it is only used 14K meter only and car is mostly used in the winter season. However, thanks for your suggestion. Suzuki I-9 mechanic inspected it and suggested to come in the summer season. Being new user, i was little confused for dashboard opening for this AC issue.

I have another question related to the same issue. I remember that 1/2 day before of water drop inside the passenger seat, car was washed by me. someone in my circle that suggested that it may be due to washing of car.

is you car still under warranty ? if yes, then take it to Suzuki.
Otherwise, any good A/C mechanic can do it. No big issue in opening dashboard. Sometimes the evaporator area inside the dashboard gets blocked or the drainage pipes going through inside the dashboard get blocked and they need to be cleaned, hence you have to open dashboard and clean the parts and pipes.

Not in warranty and also not cover by the insurance company. Suzuki dealship will be 1st choice . almost 15k to 20k charges of this actvity as per told by suzuki rep.

bhai warranty ya insurance nahi hai to chup chaap bahar kisi achhay AC mechanic k pass le jain, yehi kaam i think 5 hazar main ho jai ga : )
