Collision on Islamabad Expressway - 15 Aug

Happens on Islamabad Expressway on Zeropoint Interchange near 09:00 PM - Reportedly a lady driver in 11th generation Corolla was moving towards Faizabad. She lost control and vehicle climbed over greenbelt collided with pole finally dropped in other side. The collision was so much powerful that light pole was lying on other side of road. No casualty occurred.

Vehicle taken bump very well, cabin was fully intact.

A car with wheel caps and steel wheels can not get equipped with air bags.

The inflating chemicals cant work if the car has steel wheels and caps.

Its always sad to see an accident like this.
If the pool was in the middle (median) of the road, the car should have hit from the driver side in case of a minor mistake.

But seriously this airbag relationship with steel tires is something I can't understand.

Its a corolla with wheel caps/steel rims.. not alloys. So it is gli or xli which dont have airbags.
