I am about to buy a suzuki alto in Rawalpindi
The car is mianwali registered and there is a slight issue in documents it smart card and excise website say that orignal color of car is white but in real car is blue
The seller suggests that it is a issue on excise side and he will make sure it is resolved
Moreover the orignal file is with excise of mianwali according to owner
Can any one provide any guidance about this issue that why I will not be able to get file or any contacts in mianwali excise department is much appreciated
