The first picture seems to be a house. And by company maintained you mean maintained by fleet manager at some random shop? Or maintained at a dealership/showroom?
Company maintained here means maintained by the company owning these cars.
Xulfiqar sb, in this case, will it be a relief to go for such vehicles or if one should be ready for surprises?
The company owning them could have had them “serviced” by roadside ustaad type shops.
As usual, go over the car very carefully as you would check any other private sale car.
