If you can manage the somewhat specific requirements of Turbo, such as fuel and more than frequent service such as spark plugs, then it's the default choice IMO. It's such a fun car to drive. For anything equivalent in performance, you'll have to look at a 10 year old Mark X or something.
However, IMO, Turbo is best suited as a secondary car. For example, I recently took a trip to Naran/Astore/Rama/Shogran. Luckily I have a diesel Corolla, which I was able to take. In Naran, I had to resort to 'khula' fuel as the line at the pump would have taken at least 2 hours. Plus the last time I went there, the pump was closed due to lack of fuel. I had to change the spark plugs of my Turbo because Shell V Power wasn't a good quality fit, so I can't imagine what would have happened if I had to put open fuel from a shop in Naran on a Turbo.
