Comparison of universities

Asalam o alikum.i wanted a honest review regarding air and fast university islamabad.please suggest which one is better for electrical engineering:)comparison ahould be based on following points.
1 faculty
2 management wise
3 study wise
4 job wise(most important)
5 other activities
6 any other point whichu u know.thanks.

Fast university without any doubt. Air university is good for mechatronics engineering ONLY.
Job market of FAST is better than Air university.

Fast is famous for Computer sciences ... go for it

I am currently doing masters from Air Uni , so cannot comment on B.E programs

@umair2203:i noticed them myself. For example i waired almost five hours to get my admission form and admit card although i already had deposited the form online and ive heard fast ia gud only fr cs.also ee first badge was in 2009 whereas in air it was in ?2007.extremely confused thats why asking here?

fast would tke u as far as u want to achieve but study should be a major priority in ur life at nuces or ul get probs, air ain't bad either merit is nearly same as nu, was waiting for fast to offer 3.5 years mba again for months but sadly they didn't, go 4 it if uve passed entry test & interview totally worth it

Bro donot generalize one day experience .. what do you want to do ?? First answer this ... not to me to yourself ..u r big enuf to do it now .....
Fast is Not a bad option ... Air is a relatibely new uni and most of thr admin is looked after by PAF so in terms of mgmt they might have an edge but it will take some time to make a name in the local market

FYI > bachelor strength in different disciplines is around 3k here ..so it is quite a strength here in Air

computer sciences .. for which the fast is famous for

FAST-NU - Admissions

but first decide that if you opt for engineering ... market is full of engineers and competition is tough ... why not go toward finance side .... like ACCA or CA if you can take up the challenge because CA is difficult but CA qualified get the most handsome salaries but needless to add there are fewer CA graduates

@umair2203:im in favour of electrical engineering thats why im asking which on of botg is better for engineering?and also fast is not present on hec ranking list and air is on tenth number:)

Admissions are open

Wese I'd not advice electrical / electronics engineering as a field even if my brother was asking ... job market is for electronics engineer is less ...

Consider Managment / Finance ... salary wise they are paid more and have decent market value ..
although I am an engineer myself but I is just a piece of mind ... opt for hard core electronics only if you are really really passionate about it ...

Aim should be to stand out from the crowd .. some years down the lane there will be thousands competing againt you for jobs ... u have to find a way to stand out and this is the time to think
