pls guide, i booked Honda City from Bank with full amount in March 2022 and got delivery in Oct 2022. After multiple emails, getting no reply for compensation of late delivery. what is the best solution ??

I booked on august 2021 got delivery in April 2022 and received compensation cheque of somewhere 70ish k on june/ july 2022. Without any email or calls
when was the 1st email sent for compensation. If it was after Jan 2023 please don't make a laughing stock of yourself. over every PBO & Delivery challan of vehicle it is clearly mentioned to approach OEM / dealer within 90 days from date of issue, incase of any quality issue or documentation complaints.
