Complain that pakwheels agents neither pick call nor send car owners number

1. The pakwheel agent has been managing one SE saloon 2004 model blue color.. I am calling him from 5 days about car.. He always says i send you owner's number.. Then nothing..even he doesn't pick the call

The car was marked as managed by pak wheels.. So even they are free lancers its pak wheels responsibility...
