Dear All,
I have a Honda City 2017, delivered on 12th Jan 2017. With the summers on the verge, the AC of this so called new car manufactured by HONDA ATLAS PAKISTAN stopped working after hardly a month of use.
The car was inspected by HONDA CITY SALES LAHORE on 20-05-2017 and concluded that the compressor needs replacement. Now its been 10 days and there are no signs of replacement item in this extreme scorching summer. Welcome to HONDA PAKISTAN in warranty claims and poor services.
Why HONDA ATLAS has discouraging and delaying policies when it comes to warranty claims. I wonder if I was replacing this compressor with my own money rather than a warranty claim, it would have been replaced in a single day.
Initially Honda City Sales delayed reporting of my case by three days just because it was a low priority case for them and they won't earn any money in a warranty case. After reporting warranty claim, I thought now the compressor will be released by Honda Atlas, but sadly I came to know that they will process this claim and send a team of Engineers to Honda City Sales for approval. After approval, the part was supposed to be dispatched via courier from Honda Atlas Lahore for shipping to Honda City Sales Lahore but till date the part has NOT been delivered at Honda City Sales Lahore and I'm still waiting in this HOT WEATHER for my warranty claim.
Kindly suggest me the concerned authorities where to lodge my complaint against Honda City Sales and Honda Atlas Co. Ltd. for poor warranty services, discouraging claim policy and delaying processes?
Note: JUST IMAGINE! WHAT IS THE ROLE OF AN AUTHORIZED DEALER (HONDA CITY SALES) IF HONDA ATLAS SENDS ITS OWN TEAM TO APPROVE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
