So we were 7 people and started our tour from Karachi on 26th August'18 and came back on 8th Sept'18.

Tour Itinerary:
Day 1:
Karachi to Faisalabad (Via Shalimar Night Coach Lower AC)
Day 2:
Reached Faisalabad early morning and left for Balakot (Via Every)
Night stay at balakot (Babu Hotel)
Day 3:
As we were so tired because of travelling so we decided to stay one more day at balakot and took some rest.
Night stay at balakot.
We booked a jeep from here for 8 days
Day 4:
Left for Shogran
Short stay at Shogran and than left from Siri Paya
Left for Naran on the same day
Night stay at Naran (Guest house)
Day 5:
Left for Saif Ul Mulook
Came back from Saif Ul Mulook and left for Astore the same day
Reached Astore at night
Night stay at Astore (River view hotel)
Day 6:
Left for Rama meadows and Rama lake
Came back to Astore at evening
Night stay at Astore
Day 7:
Left for Trashing
Visited Nanga Parbat base Camp
Came back to Astore and left for Deosai the same day
Short stay at Sheosar Lake
Reached Chota pani for camping
Night stay at Deosai (Camping)
Day 8:
Left deosai and went to Gilgit on the same day
Reached gilgit at evening
Night stay at Gilgit (Baab E Gilgit Hotel, Gateway Hotel Gilgit)
Day 9:
Left for Naltar valley
Visited Satrangi Lake
Came back to Gilgit at evening
Night stay at Gilgit
Day 10:
Left for Khunjerab Pass
Visited Rakaposhi view point for a short stay
Then visited Attabad lake and did jet ski and boating
Then visited Khunjerab pass
Came back to Gilgit at late night
Night stay at Gilgit
Day 11:
Left for Balakot
Reached Balakot at night
Night stay at Balakot (Summer Land hotel)
Day 12:
Stayed one more night at Balakot as we were too tired and have to travel more in next days so we decided to take some rest.

Day 13:
Left for Faislabad (Via High roof)
Reached Faislabad
Left for Karachi (Via Shalimar Night coach Lower AC)
Day 14:
Reached Karachi
The total cost for this tour was Rs.185,500 (Rs.26,500 per head).
Train= Rs.37,960 (Rs.2920 for 13 tickets) One friend has to stay at Abbotabad so that's why we took 6 tickets from Faisalabad to Karachi.
Hotel and camping expense= Rs.15,500
4 nights stay at Balakot (2 days at summer land hotel and 2 days at babu hotel) Both the hotels were too good but Summer Land hotel was better because the rooms were bigger, the view was too good and it was located in main bazaar)
Rs.6000 (1500rs per day)
1 night stay at Naran (Stayed at guest house just behind main Bazaar) It was a nice guest house located behind lalazar hotel.

2 nights stay at Astore (River View hotel) There are very few hotels in Astore and only 2 to 3 hotels are good for stay and this hotel is one of them. The manager of this hotel is such a nice person.

1 night camping at Deosai (Chota pani) The most thrilling and adventurous night it was. It was to damn cold at night but we wore every dress we have so that we can tolerate the cold. There are camps available at Sheosar lake as well but the temperature at sheosar is colder than chota pani. Whereas the food is quite quite expensive "40rs/chapati". So make sure that you make some arrangement by yourself for the food.

3 days stay at Gilgit (Baab E Gilgit hotel also known as Gilgit gateway hotel is a newly built hotel with nice rooms and neat washrooms along with a good wifi as well. The manager of the hotel is quite nice person.
Rs.5000 (Approx 1650rs per day)
Jeep Rent= Rs.30,000 (3250rs per day)
Jeep diesel= Rs.36,500
Every= Rs.16,000 (Faisalabad to Balakot)
High roof= Rs.14,000 (Balakot to Faisalabad)
The remaining amount was used for Food and miscellaneous expense.
