AOA Members, I have a 2008 model Gree 1 TON Air-conditioning Split Unit. About few days ago the compressor stopped working for some reason and after calling the AC wala banda according to him there was a gas leakage and compressor is now useless. I want to get it repaired now install a new compressor and get it weld so there won't be gas leakage in future. How much its going to cost me? Where is the best shop to it repaired from in Rawalpindi. Any help in this regard is highly appreciated guys.

As you told its new 2018 model, then contact to gree service center. You can read terms and conditions of warranty on warranty card. So you can understand which parts are repaired/replaced free of cost under warranty.
You can also get used (Qabli compressor) from around Naz Cinema Muree road. There are markets of used compressor and mechanics are there who will install it in your unit. I got my relatives LG 1 Ton compressor replaced from thr. Its working from last 3 years.
