Reason why I prefer these international chains, for me, they are the cleanest and hygienic after home made food.
I have seen luxurious restaurants having amazing interior, expensive sofas and what not, but with a dirty kitchen, which puts me off.
If there was a desi restaurant that was clean, I would eat from there, no matter how expensive it was.
Usually, I just make my food at home, buy K&N raw chicken, thaw it on the worktable, make the gravy, add the chicken, get mom or aunt to make Rotis, voila.
