Confused what to buy?

^ have u checked this& this? i had shortlisted these 2 before deciding for the Lancer. Haven't examined these in person but had a long talk on the phone to their owners, according to them they are flawless.

thanks alot for your findings, the maroon accord is already checked by me in gulistan e jauhar block 7, the car is an average car with good outlook due to the fact that its newly repainted, major drawbacks:

Sunroof not working, water leakage from sunroof also there.
AC not working, some major components like condenser, compressor were totally out of order.
Inside roof very badly spoiled.
interior very much disordered.

the second black one is owned by mr. ashar ali which was also visited by me, the car was good, sunroof working, ac working, interior average, engine above average, had those genuine accord stock rims with life completed tires, major work was its suspension, its suspension through out was completely finished.

i was in a similar dillema, more kids + less space= no hatchbacks i recently sold my Baleno, which is supposed to be a bigger car but have very less space in cabin as well as trunk. i had a very limited budget and ended up getting my hands on 91 lancer, though its not as good as the ones i use to maintain, my ex-Cultus was just as good as what u described your alto to be.. but finding another ride which has been maintained exactly your way in a limited budget is near to impossible. This Lancer, though requires some attention but has fully functional A/c, perfect running on CNG+Petrol, marvelous cabin space with enormous head & legroom, drive ride better than Baleno (as per my experience), little work in suspension, which i plan to get done in coming months, and a unique color Sanjose Brown Metallic! Anyway, would suggest you to go for Accord if its really well maintained. 88 Accord was also on my priority list but just didnt considered it due to the ongoing CNG crisis, i simply cannot afford to drive an Accord on Petrol

good to hear k mein hi aik woh banda nahi jisko yeh feeling hui or mein ne apni 2001 model ki alto sale kr k mind banaya puraani trunk wali cars ka brave man you who also took the challenge of managing an old car just for the sake of space and realization k japanese assembled cars kuch or hi hoti hain, paki assembled cars aj bhi unhe durability mein compete nahi krti from time to time the quality of cars even JDMS are decreasing from time to time and paki assembled k bare mein tu ap baat hi na karein.

Bhai yesterday i saw a Nissan Sunny Model 85 1.0 DX A.C & Cng in Green Color, dat car was really a khadani car, total B2B genuine not a single piece touch up or re sprayed, body making sounds lke tan tan;)interior was in original condition or u can say in mint condition, 1st Owner, everything is in working condition lke A.C, Electronic items, meter lights, mileage 170Kms, Using as a 3rd car now, CD player & HID installed by his son, only tires changed abt a month ago wid beautiful alloy rims, really dat car Dil ko lag gai but sad 2 say k woh uncle is not selling his car n he said: beta agr koe mujhay is k 5 lac b daiga tb b main sale nahi karonga:S, dat car is 1 of a Master Piece;)

No doubts on your finding bilkul aisa hi hai, there are some cars which are still very nicely/neately kept by there owners and they dont sell it at any cost but..........believe me or not, if for any instance he will sell his car in near future or after sometime you wont believe the market value of Nissan sunny 1.0LX no matter how khandani it is will be sold just for 3 lakh rs and not more than that. There is also a possibility if by any chance a nissan 1.0 enthusiast gets a grab of his car, he will no doubt buy it at any cost.

Congratulations!!! I have owned an 89 Auto and it is one of the best cars i have driven. Please tell me it has original alloys, as 50% beauty of this car in my opinion lies in the original alloys. Here is a pic of my accord

Bilkul Sir, ur rite, choti moti nazar hum bhi rakhte hain gari ko pehchaane k liye the car overall is in good condition but i must mention here that this is a 24 years old car which needs a lot of immediate attention and work. as per my study of its file below are the findings.

1) Car imported from japan in 88 by Miss Yasmin Ghori (Lahore resident)
2) Car was immediately sold to a leasing company by the name of "Hilal Modarba"
3) Hilal Modarba leased the car to Epla Laboratories director Dr. Haroon Siddique.
4) After approx six years of the lease, Dr. Haroon Siddique sold the car to Dr. Najam ul Zafar in 1994.
5) The car was in use of Dr. Najam for 17 years after which in March 2011 the cars was sold to Mr. Mansoor Ali Khan.
6) I bought this car from Mr. Mansoor Ali Khan, as per my judgement, all this mess which is in the car right now is due to the careless use of Mr.Mansoor :S

Khair! no issue with that, all the major components of the vehicle which includes engine, body, ac, 70% interior, 80% electrical components, 80% suspension, 70% tires, 100% speedometer are in good shape and needs little bit of attention to be 100%, no problem, i have bought this car in 3.65 and approx have 60K left for its maintainence :).

Separate post will be added shortly regarding detailed work required/partly done today :). Thanks once again Sir.

Thanks Dogar Sahab apne tu mahol bana dia apni gari ki picture post kr k, i must say k you own a very good accord as per my observation from the picture you are absolutely rite, beauty lies in its original rims but sadly my accord doesnt have these stock rims it has 15" alloy rims of new design along with bridgestone 195/65/r15 tires. rims are good and they give a sporty kind of look to my accord :), these days its nearly impossible to find these stock rims of accord in good shape here in Karachi, shayad milte honge kahin lekin bht mushkil hai dhoondna or yaha karachi me aik trend ha k jab ap koi out of season stuff purchase krne jaate hain and luckily you find one, the seller sells it in his own wished out of market/sky high price which makes ur face like this........:o.

Body condition of my accord from outside is exactly the same as yours :), stay in touch here to get more updates from me regarding its maintainence, your advices will be lot helpful for me since you also own one
