Confused what to do with my Honda 70

As I have mentioned earlier, black smoke is caused by malfunctioning carb or ignition system and as there are several part in these system you need to checkk each one indiviaually to diagnose the issue properly.

Talking just about the carb, if your jets are fine check the Choke, maybe its faulty.

U changed the Coil and magnet both or just the coil?
Raha sawal ignition system ka tow there are several components in the ignition system other than the magnetics coil, like the HT lead, spark plug, etc etc. Maybe engine timing out ho.

If nothing is found wrong in carb or ignition system, than you might have to get your engine dismantled to look for the problem.

Ask your mechanic to service and check your carb, specially the choke.
Ask your electrician to check the whole ignition system.
I'm hoping its a easy fix

today i noticed the that when i was going to university bike hit the reserve near a petrol pump got it filled with 1 ltr and after 19 km it hit reserve again :?

Get ur valve seals checked.. i guess they are leak or the valves are damaged...
Look closely for change in oil level at each oil change, I dont think there can be any smoke if the engine is not eating any oil at all...

Bad plug, missing and smoke can't come from a perfect engine.
I can discuss with a few good mechanics, honda has some good authorised mechanics... I guess valve grinding, valve seals and piston rings would serve the purpose. Should be a cheap fix...

today i went to my mechanic he said that head kholna paray ga and check karna paray ga ho sakta hai k khali head ki grinding karni paray ya valve bhe kharab hoon kholnay k bad pata chalay ga but he said that the head is leaking because some times the bike is very very difficult to start he said that 2 ghantay lagain *** agar valves bhe kharab howa tu 6-700 tak ka kharcha aye ga sae ho jaye ge. didnt had time to get its head open will be getting it's head rebuilt in a few days probably about the plug got a new NGK plug few days back

today got time and went to mechanic as bike had also started a little bit of white smoke so he opened the engine starting form head we found that valves had been worn out and engine had alot of work apart from head the things needed to change were

1. valve =Rs 450
2. valve seal =RS 180
3. timing chain sprockets =Rs 180
4. timing chain =Rs 220
5. oil pump sprocket =Rs 250
6. piston ring (Atlas Honda)=Rs 400
7. kick lever=Rs 150
8. oil seals=Rs 200
9. gas kits=Rs 150
10. Timing Chain spring=Rs 50
    total= Rs 2230
11. did tuning oil change and kairad work on head with labor and every thing it costed 3300
    will get the bike tomorrow as it was too late to assemble it so the mechanic said that will continue tomorrow will update the result of spending 3300

So as told, it was problem with ur valves..
Its normal, when head is opned these things are to be changed.

Oil pump, valve seals, gas kits etc are understood and piston rings is due deligence... ur mechanic did the right thing!
now as the rings are new drive softly for some while... do runing for 200-300Kms.. let the stuff adjust properly.

Now you need to complete the break in period cautiously..No hard accelerations and speed above 35km/he atleast for some 700 Kms

Yep! usually when the engine is dismantled you end up changing/repairing anything with little sign of wear and tear and thats Due diligence. The replacement of timing chain and timing sprocket indicates your engine was runing rough matlab engine timing wasnt right and that must have caused the Black smoke rather than white.

got timing chain replace around 10k km ago never adjusted the timing again had replaced it from some other mechanic but now when my mechanic open it he said it needs replacing waiting for it to be back on road

@aximaxim yes i think engine was running rough because bike had a lot of vibration hope it will be fine now

Head is in very bad shape.. a lot of carbon deposit in it... the head is totally black! valves are bad too....
After cleaning the head and fitting new valves.. u will see a shiney clean engine!

he can strech it upto 45 plus kmph if he give rest it after intervals on 10 to 15kmph . chaskay laga laga k running kre agar

In the running process the speed can be reach till 50 km/h but you have to use all four gears

rest after 10-15 km hmm that's nice cuz its almost 14 km to uni from home means 14 in the morning and then 3-7hrs rest and again 14 km back home matlab i can go upto 45-50
