I have never used any of the tires you mentioned. But some of my friends use continental tires and they are pretty much satisfied with them. They are pretty much soft without any road noise. @talhadon is using continentals on his City, he can guide you further about them.
I used both ... Absolutely Conti is much better when it comes to comfort !
I am using continental cc5 on my civic 2012 since 2012. They are made in malaysia and are really good in terms of grip and comfort. You can also find european made conti's but obvioisly at higher cost
European Continental tires aren't that expensive but their tread wear rating is less. Conitinental CC5 made in Malaysia has 360 tread wear rating but the rating for European Continental is 250. The shopkeeper also told that Malaysian made Continentals are better suited to Pakistani road conditions. They are long life.
hello bro.what suits for my reborn 2009..??DB advan v551.Contimental ccc5.Dunlop leman 704.
reply asap please
i would prefer those tyre which will be noiseless, comfortable ride.lesser cabin sound in there class.
Thanks in advance
I would prefer Continentals.
hmmm mine thinks the same:)could u be able to verify the rates of continental cc5 and michellin XM2,??
i hv asked Yokohama dealer yesterday about the set of tyre he said it would cost me 9500 for each tyre,
9-9.5k for cc5
wow... thank you bro,the price is almost same. but i think cc5 class is higher than db advan? in every aspect?
what u prefer for my reborn ?
Got new continental cc5 in new grande, but traction is bad as compared to eurostar. My car got skid on the very first journey on a turn. Overall little bit soft. Noise level is little bit less. I don't need to change new stock tires. Only waste of money. Benefit only goes to tire shop.
ohh really its just a waste of money?cc5 is known to be the softest and noiseless i've heard tons of time from PW members even if u compare with michellin dunlop yoko.. but u said its not..
Dear,
please quote the price of cc5 15/65/195.. and from where did u get the from..
Regards
27k from topi. Made in Malaysia. Overall noiseless and give more fuel economy. But grip is bad. I think yokohama advan will have less grip. The problem is that safety is more important. Or I should be little bit careful on curves. Literally today car got skids for couple of feet and controlled due to abs otherwise definitely got hit to someone. There should be a caution on energy efficient tires for first time user. I had driven two glis prior to this car on eurostars. This time I changed the tires due to v rated.
The price of advan dB and xm2 were 32k and 34k, respectively.
In pakistan cheap dunlop are imported to get maximum profit. Mostly I have seen car owners sell oem tires in less price and purchase dunlop with less speed rating. We should change only for some objectives otherwise profit goes to tire shop.
indeed right..there shud be a caution for there first time use.i though cc5 have better grip with noiseless and comfort of bumbs so thats why i was about to purchase those tyres for my reborn.btw dont mind elaborate whats " TOPI "? didnt get you..
so you are recommending which brand for my reborn. YOKO db advan or CC5 ?
Passenger Car Tires Available in Asia | PRODUCTS | THE YOKOHAMA RUBBER CO.,LTD.Go for C drive 2 or advan sprots if you need grip otherwise. Advan DB or CC5 (which one will be cheaper in your area) for fuel economy and noiseless. Moreover CC5 is V rated (maximum speed 240km) and Advan DB is H (max speed 210 km) rated with stock size. If you want to drive fast then go for CC5. Topi is near Terbela Dam.
hmmm thank you for your advice btw i dont drive that fast:)so i rather go for anyone which will cost me less in our market,
will keep in touch.
