Continental CC5 vs Yoko DNA db

I got advan dB for my colleague for 31k to compare the performance with cc5. I think advan dB has good handling and cc5 is more soft. Although advan dB is also noiseless.

Just GOT CC5 in my civic 2014. It is really a great tyre if you want to soften the suspension!!!! I am impressed and for the road noise, Will be testing it tonight on the ring road and will share the feedback.

i got 205/65/R15 "94V".

V rating tyres are certified to be safe up to 240KMPH.

Please tell me about CC5 road grip on wet roads and grip on turnings. Im thinking of cc5 so asking.

I have CC5 tyres in the size of 205/65/R15 for my Civic 8th Gen and are they a treat to drive. Just amazing. The wet grip is amazing, the corner grip is also pretty good.

Before this I had the the experience of Bridgestone, Dunlop, and Michellin of of which as per my opinion comparing the models of the respective tyre companies I've used, the best ones were CC5 (Conti Comfort Contact 5).

Have yet to try Yokohama and have heard good things about it but I'm very happy with the CC5's.

Hi. Sorry was uber busy the whole day. So yeah, the one I got and still have in my 8th gen civic are Malaysian made as finding made in Germany import is very hard as they could be found in the the smuggled stock.

However I have not had any issue using the Tyres as I travelled in them from Islamabad to Karachi twice. And what a charm they are. The braking of the car improves so much that my driver in Karachi asked me why is the car braking so mad and what have you done to the brakes [emoji3]

I'm not sure if the German ones are soft from the top or not as I didn't have them to be compared to and the main importer of the Continental Tyres in Karachi said German made continental are hard to come by and since the Malaysian made are the same quality made at a continental factory therefore they shouldn't have any issues.

Mine had a speed rating of 94 or 96V and an A grade temperature grading mentioned on the side wall of the tyre.

I guess the importer is right as the Apple iPhone although an American brand is made in China however the quality is rock solid.

Yup that's what the importer told me, he didn't say they were better, just said there wasn't any major difference in the tyre made in Germany and the Tyre made in Malaysia. And he was apparently right coz the tyres are amazing and I have no regrets whatsoever buying them.

Hey buddy. Yeah I actually didn't change my tyres for starters that I changed my booking from a turbo to an Oriel and now I'm am also buying a turbo within a month.

For the mean time I'm using the same BG luxo tyres for the Oriel and they're just ok. I mean they had good comfort levels in the beginning but not anymore, I can feel the road bumps more than when they were being used for month from brand new. So definitely am going to be going for continentals for my turbo sticking to the same 16" size coz the real requirement for better tyres is for the turbo because flooring that machine makes the BG luxo slip a lot.

Thanks for the great reply. I'll also be upgrading the stock tyres of CXT to Continental CCC5 of stock size or 225/60 R16 due to non-standard speed breakers.
