Continental CC6 tyres

Recently installed Continental CC6 which was launched back in 2016. In first look the tyre felt amazing. Had the option of Yoko Advandb and continental CC6 at J. Rasheed Neelam Gumband and both were of fresh import where as Advandb price was 8000 and CC6 price was 7500. Search the reviews on internet and most were positive so installed them on my city 2015. The size I choose was 15-60-195 and believe me they are too silent that you even don't hear their noise on wet roads. Those who want to try something different than Yokohama with stylish design should give them a try. Truly a great competitor to Advandb in near future.

Recently changed my city 2008 tires from bridgestone 175/70/13 to continental cc6 175/70/13. Feeling smooth and less noisy and bumpy ride. Someone advised me to go for softer tyre for Honda while remaining in R13, for better fuel eco and ride comfort. I think I'm enjoying both now better than before.....

How was your experience with cc6 as it is 3 years now. Some say it wears fast and prone to punctures easily.

Hi. I’m using the continentals in my Civic X as well as in the 8th gen civic. Previously I had Yokohama Advan DB in the 8th gen for 9 years. There’s no comparison between the two. Conti’s have brilliant grip and haven’t punctured once in my three years use in X. In noise, I’d say they’re as good as the DBs. It’s safe to say that DBs were my favourites until I tried continental—a bit expensive but worth it.
