Convert Daewoo Racer to Daewo Cielo/Nexia

Hello Everyone!

I am new to this community and am happy to become a part of it. I was looking for someone to help me find a good workshop in peshawar or Islamabad where I can convert my daewoo racer to daewoo Cielo/Nexia. I've already searched the forum for similar topics and came across some good advice but I still need more feedback since most of the members here recommend peshawar to be the best place to start with. I am not aware of anyone in peshawar who can do the conversion so please guide me. My budget is 160k-200k for the full conversion.

Check with Waheed opposite to Vebra in I/9. The workshop name is Daewoo club.... in fact he is busy converting one at present.... I was given an estimated cost of 100,000 for the entire conversion (I may have missed out something) but this is what I was told..... I wanted my Daewoo to be converted as well but he discoureged me on the grounds that my car is clean enough (b) it wont affect my car's reslae value so I will loose a lot of money and (c) parts for the upgraded engines are a bit of a problem

just swap the engine to a15mf..., you will get 5 speed tranny with it....... testdriver can tell you better...

where exactly can i find this testdriver? I've been waiting for like 2 days and still no hope. better off with the I-9 guy. See what he comes up with. I will post the before-after pics once i got it all set.

It can also be done by some local workshops .... the guy who painted my charade also converted one racer to cielo......

I assume that you must have visited old threads related to Daewoo. In the following thread I specifically mentioned the conversion of Racer to Cielo:

The best option is to get the parts yourself from Jamroz Khan (Ehata Mitho Khan, Rawalpindi[0333-5119311]) or his cousin Mannan(Daewoo Center: Shoba Bazar (Near Canal crossing)[091-2590307, 0300-9021990]).

In conversion, Central Automobile, I-9, is the best option!
