Hey guys, a few months ago I came across a post / video where highway or motorway police had some initiative that let's NRPs get a pak equivalent driving license quickly and hassle free without going through entire local driving license process.
Anyone has some directions on how that works and where to get it. E.g. If someone has american or European license?
Basically aim is to avoid khwaari at local driving license where they make you drive an FX from 80s after hours and hours of wait and queues.
