Converting from CNG to petrol while driving is it dangerous

in an interview on Geo TV, the driver of the van in the recent incident told that he converted car to petrol from CNG while car was moving. they said it is dangerous. how is it dangerous? we do it all the time. how should it be converted then?

it's very normal activity we people do almost everyday, never we have experienced such incidents on media or any other source , i think the driver is not willing totell us the main cause of incident so he just said ,, bla bla was the reason , which is totally wrong ...

because he was using a can of petrol in the van, and a pipe was used to connect it to carburator. a child told this on media that we complained him about the smell of petrol. I am shocked. why he was not using van tank for petrol. on SAMA news , i my self saw that a police wala arrested a van having such arrangement. in ki tanki kaha gai or ye kia mazaq ha

Even I've experienced it to be the best method for conversion as we don't need to stop the car and burn the petrol from carburetor by pushing the pedal to max and waste our time.

shifting to petrol while the car is moving is pretty safe unless you are driving in bad traffic, but that van had a jugaar, it didn't have a petrol tank, rather it had a plastic container in which petrol was stored, that was placed inside the cabin, somehow the fuel inside it caught fire when he shifted to petrol, point is that the jugaar was the cause of the tragedy

they usually remove the tank and replace it with cng cylinders

I saw same system in taxi in isb. He was using a 5 litres mineral bottle as the fuel tank. I think it contained at least 3.5 litres of Petrol. I said to him why are you using this system. He started crying that you know the prices of petrol and other stuff bla bla but i said to him that there is fuel tank for keeping petrol. But he did not understand

a taxi driver in islamabad told me that their cars are old and gauges do not work. when gas finishes he converts it to small bottle of petrol and takes it to station for refill. he thinks that keeping petrol in tank wastes it a bit and they can not know its level. i happened to stay in islamabad for few days for some work at H.E.C. i noted that most taxis are in extremely dangerous condition. they don't have hand brakes. and their skill of using brake is worth seeing on slopes. and floor including all body is in bad shape but they look ok from outside. their alignment is out which shows that they are badly accidented ones. you know of their condition only after sitting in them. from where do they get fitness certificates.

well when i asked a van driver about this bottle he replied "through this clear can we can keep keen eye on our petrol avg"

petrol in bottle under cabin cause fire because bottle they use isn`t air tight and when they ignite there engine may be slightest back fire can cause this incidence to happen, where in the tank there is no air flow soo no more danger.
