Is is advisable to convert Honda City 1.5 Aspire Manual to Automatic, technically speaking? and also will there be any difference in the market value as compared to stock automatic similar car ?

Better sell and buy a new one. If it was 15/20 year old car or something with file or any issue could be recommended.
