I always say that always look at the MSDS of a coolant - if it meets your requirements you are good to go, some coolants do not like mixing too and end up like gel blocking the cooling system. Speaking of I have never seen an MSDS or even spec sheet for the 1/2 litre tin coolants or the turtle coolants. The best prepped coolant I came across in Karachi was FUCHS 30/70, it is HOAT type, no silicates, borates or phosphates with an eerie flourscent green dye. It has great lubricity too for excellent water pump life.
mind you - if your engine or radiator is "rust-istan" you wont get good service life from any coolant, best is to first clean it out completely, flush it, install Tstat and then fill coolant.
the reason most coolants are lost in Pakistan is
1 - cheap a$$ owner
2 - stupid mechanic, radiator mechanic, A/C mechanic who drain it without catching it in a tub.
And when I hear them say that my car overheats or my car's radiator or some engine pipe is leaking I feel like punching them in the face.
