Coolant for Wagon R

I am looking for a coolant for Wagon R. I came across some economical options like Sega and Carrera. If someone has used please share feedback if they are any good. I have used AISIN in past but now it's too expensive. It's somewhere between 5k to 6k for 4 liters.

I am planning to flush my radiator before summers and use coolant. It didn't leak. Old owner was using water.

This is a big job then and you shouldn't just change coolant but flush the system then test it by driving for an hour on water only if no evaporation then replace water with coolant. Do not think just replacing water with coolant is a magic bullet

Do proper Acid flush accompanied by Base flush to get your system proper neutralized as well as clean n clear.
Then fill distilled water for checking leaks, if it is ok then go with ZIC Coolant or Fuchs Coolant.

Do not buy cheap coolants.

I suggest you to use Havoline coolant if you are want quality on a budget. It's a concentrate. 1 liter of concentrate will make 2 liters of coolant. Make sure you mix it with distilled water only.

If your cooling system is rust free, you don't need to perform an acid flush. You can flush it with distilled water only. If plain water is used by the previous owner for long time, then there would be rust in the cooling system.

You can buy distilled water very cheap if you buy directly from factory who process it. As an example I buy 6 liter bottle for the price of Rs 30 per liter from HAT Enterprises in i-9/3 industrial area Islamabad.

I have already flushed the system last week amd since then driving on distilled water + guard coolant. Now I am planning to flush again using liqui moly radiator flush for more detailed system cleaning.

Better to use water instead of guard coolant. Guard coolant does more damage than plain water.

Liqui moly products are good. You can use it if you like. Make sure you flush the cooling system with distilled water 3 times after use

as @ifadey said, you can use it, but it does not worth it. Better to do flush using citric acid, better and cheap.

Recently @miqdadkanani did it.

Actually 10% vol. of Acidic flush will cut rust but can left acidic residues in pathways which can contaminate new coolant so to neutralize it you have to do it by 5% Base solution which will give neutral pathways and then you can add coolant

Radiator Flush Alto

After reading and researching many threads and also recommendations by Zulfiqar Bhai. I did a flush to my ALTO radiator. My Radiator and gas kit were recently replaced 1 month back And i was facing no heat up issues. but deposits of rust were increasing in radiator due water and old rust in reservoir and pipes.
