I have corolla gli 2012. The coolant level in the reservoir is near L or Low Level. It has pink Toyota Super Long Life coolant in it. What should I do? I checked the market near me and only found the red long life coolant which is fully concentrated. A. Is it ok to leave it at the current level? B. If I should add more where to get the pink one? C. Lastly can I put red one instead?
Prediluted 1:1 Toyota Long life Pink Coolant is available from Toyota dealerships. I guess you should use that instead of using a different coolant because that would require cleaning of radiator too before pouring new coolant.
Put in distilled water for the time being and you'll be just fine.
Do not use water. Always use good quality coolant
Bhai 2012 with Low coolant Level is indicating some problem. There might be some Leakage or some other issue if it is continously decreasing.Get your Radiator serviced from good shop, inspect for Leakages & use only Toyota Radiator coolant
My 2017 model Altis, when delivered, had coolant level almost at full level. After driving it 6000 km, it is now exactly midway between full and low. No leakages etc.
Add toyota SLLC pink one.
You are totally wrong, after driving some kms coolant does decrease especially climbing steep roads.
So I shouldn't be worried, right? For reference please see my above post.
