Coolant reduces from reservoir bottle about 30 ml after 70 to 80km drive

3 months ago done overhauling my swift 2013 engine from iqbal and brothers engineering works on saddar railway road, i went for two complaints after 250k driven car is now reducing engine oil and coolant and got heat up twice. After spending 235k pkr on it on overhauling and radiator n mechanical overhauling as well. Now engine oil is not reducing even after 4k km running but coolant is still reducing no one can rectify actual issue so far I'm frustrated and it's my second car which is used to pick my wife from work place n son from school, all pipes checked, water body checked, thermostat valve checked, radiator pressure testing checked, radiator cap as per OEM standard 1.1 bar, head tightened again but my problem is still there it's reducing coolant 30 to 50 ml after 80km running

Where are you measuring this loss of coolant? At the overflow reservoir? Are you measuring the contents of the reservoir without removing the radiator cap?

Check how long the car takes to meaningfully reduce the level in the overflow reservoir bottle while cold. Familiarize yourself with the residue left behind by your coolant and check around the car with a high powered flashlight.

A cooling system pressure tester can pressurize the whole system while stationary and show you small leaks, especially around aftermarket hose clamps or corroded hose barbs.

After 80 to 100 km drive it reduces 50ml of coolant from reservoir bottle n checked when car is cold after 8 hours of no use. Can you guide which workshop do coolant pressure testing system?

How did they check radiator pressure test? You need to do full cooling system pressure test, which is unfortunately not done in Pakistan. Look for places where metal pipe attaches to water body, also look around thermostat valve. If you are using quality coolant you would be able to find the leak as it leaves residue behind even if dried, otherwise if you are using water then its very difficult to find hidden leaks. If all else is fine and tested then it must be that your headgasket has an external leak of coolant.
