Yes there is a tool to pressurize the cooling system. It looks like this:
But this is Pakistan and I am not sure who has one. However one can make a tool like it. We need a bicycle pump, a hose or tube like people use to connect gas cylinder to cooker, a radiator cap that is correct for your car and a short steel tube that is good for the gas hose. Get a radiator walla to solder the steel tube to the radiator cap taking care not to burn the rubber gasket in the cap. and you will have pressurizing tool for around a thousand rupees. You can watch a few utube videos to understand. In this original tool there is a Shrader valve to hold the pressure within the system after you have stopped pumping. In this home made tool, a valve will have to be added in the plastic gas tube that can be closed after pumping up the system to hold the air in the colling system while you search for the leak. We can add another Rs 500 to the cost of the tool for the valve.
something like this
This tool does not have a pressure gauge attached. I cant think of a cheap way to attach a pressure gauge. But if you pressurize the system and squeeze the radiator hose to feel the pressure you can feel the amount of pressure added like we check a bicycle tire.
