Any suggestion which company coolant should be used in city 2007 idsi and in what quantity/proportion?

IMO, you can use any Coolant which is Ethylene Glycol based, and in 50:50 ratio by volume (i.e. 50% is the concentrated coolant, and 50% is the de-mineralised water).

If coolant is available in premixed form, then no need to add water to it.

Caltex / Havoline, Toyota, Honda, Suzuki, ZIC, Aisin, etc. are some of the reputed, International brands. You can choose between any of these brands.

Just ensure that coolant is 100% authentic, and local brands like Guard, Osaka, etc. may be avoided.

Pretty much spot on. However, OP does need to be careful. If he uses an OAT coolant, he needs to flush the radiator first, since he's probably currently using the usual green coolant. Two different types of coolant can mix to form a sludge - that can obviously be disastrous.

I'd like to add some points. Do remember to not do it quickly. First of all drain all the previous coolant or whatever is in there. Put in some distilled water. Drive for 1 or 2 days so all gunk frees up with the water. Drain it and then put some coolant. If you go with premixed, dont put water. And if u go for concentrated one, then remember to have a 50 50 ratio between water and coolant.

And in this particular case, Radiator flush, by using some aggressive chemical, may be sincerely avoided.

Old fluid may be drained out, and coolant be poured in 50:50 ratio with water.

The heater should be turned on for at least a few minutes to ensure that any residual coolant is drained from there.

one thing to ask.
when you drain the old coolant or water,how do you ensure that all of it is removed from radiator, engine block and heater core??
you can drain if from radiator via just removing valve underneath the radiator or opening the lower hose.
you cannot remove the water from engine block if the thermostat valve is installed.
1st you have to remove the thermostat (most of the old cars in our country are already void of thermostat valve).
only then you can do the above mentioned procedure.
i recently got the coolant replaced. as i myself could not remove the thermostat valve, so i went to mechanic to remove it and then remove all the old water ( i put in a few weeks back the radiator flush), and clean the whole engine block and radiator with plain water and then re install the valve and then pour in the coolant.
but local ustaads cannot be convinced. since the childhood they have the old techniques so much imprinted that asking them to do things differently than usual make them defensive.
so he did not remove the valve and just removed the water from radiator and also some water from engine block via hose by revving the engine.
at first he was just removing the radiator water and then was to pour the new coolant. but i questioned him how will the engine water be removed, you haven't removed the valve, he made excuses the valve will go bad and new valve should be put ( new valve was not possible for me to arrange at the moment, so i agreed to not remove it ).
so what he did to remove engine block water that he removed the upper hose and revved the engine, it removed more water. i again insisted him to clean it more as old water was not completely cleaned off.
but as usual, cannot persuade them enough.
i first thought that i should tell him to just remove the valve, i will myself replace the coolant but i had to go out of town later on the day, so i just agreed with his way of replacing coolant.
i will see if it turns bad few months later, i will get it changed again properly now.

Fill with water and drive around for at least 10 to 15 minutes (in summers, letting the car be on idle is enough). Touch the rubber pipe to make sure that the water is flowing. Turn off the car and drain. Repeat again to be safe. That does the job for me. You just need to make sure that the water circulates through the whole system.

As far as I know, the coolant circulates through the whole system - no coolant remains stuck in one place, so that's why the water cleans the whole system, provided it's given enough time to circulate. Brake fluid, for example, is different - you need to bleed from the wheels; once brake fluid reaches there, it stays there. You cannot simply remove fluid from the reservoir.
